1. Who we are

VELETOP LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17542468), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to vele.top and its subdomains, and to every app, game, bot, web tool and web3 product published by VELETOP, including those distributed through Google Play (together, the "Services"). Some Services may show a short additional notice describing anything specific to them; that notice adds to this policy and does not replace it.

It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to, which have their own policies. Work we do for business clients under a separate contract is covered by that contract.

3. Data we collect

Not every Service collects every item below. Many of our apps and games work without an account and collect only basic technical data.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

7. International transfers

Our main servers are in the EU, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection. Some providers (such as Google) may process data in the United States or other countries. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK-US Data Bridge where the provider is certified), or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Email biz@vele.top to use any of these rights. We will reply within one month and may need to confirm your identity first. It is free in most cases.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.

11. Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, for any of our apps or games, without uninstalling first:

  1. In the app: where available, go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
  2. By email: send a message to biz@vele.top from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and the name of the app or game.

We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. This removes your account, profile, saved progress and content. We keep only what the law requires (such as purchase records for 6 years) and data already anonymised. Purchases made through Google Play remain in your Google account history, and blockchain transactions cannot be deleted (see below).

You can also ask us to delete some of your data without closing your account, using the same email address.

12. Children

Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Users aged 13 to 17 may use our general Services. Features involving payments outside an app store, cryptoassets, tokens or wallets are for adults aged 18 and over only.

13. Blockchain and crypto features

Blockchains are public and permanent. When you connect a wallet or make a transaction, your wallet address and transaction details are recorded on a public network that we do not control. We cannot change or delete that information, even if you delete your account with us. We store wallet addresses only to provide the feature you use and can unlink them from your account on request.

14. Our website and cookies

vele.top uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and stay secure, which do not need consent. Our servers record standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure; these logs are kept for up to 30 days. If we add analytics or advertising cookies to our website in future, we will ask for your consent first.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the relevant Service or by email before it takes effect.
