1. Who we are
VELETOP LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17542468), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: biz@vele.top.
Some Services may have additional terms (for example, rules for a specific game or a token). If they conflict with these terms, the additional terms apply to that Service. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use the Services
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
- Features involving cryptoassets, tokens, wallets, or payments made outside an app store are for adults aged 18 and over only.
- You may not use the Services where doing so is illegal for you, including where crypto-related features are restricted in your country. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.
3. Accounts
Some Services let or require you to create an account. Please give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Services, you must not:
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate others, or post hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content;
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage, unless a Service expressly allows it;
- hack, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Services, their security, or other users' accounts, except as permitted by law;
- use the Services for money laundering, market manipulation, sanctions evasion or other financial crime;
- copy, resell or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.
Please report misuse or bugs to biz@vele.top.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create or submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process it only as needed to run and improve the Services. You confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
6. Our content and your licence
The Services, including their software, design, graphics, audio, video, text and the VELETOP name and logo, belong to VELETOP or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial use, in line with these terms. No other rights are transferred to you.
7. Purchases, virtual items and refunds
- App store purchases (including in-app purchases and subscriptions) are processed by the app store, such as Google Play, under its terms. Refund requests for those purchases are handled under the app store's refund policy; contact us if you have a problem and we will help where we can.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Virtual items and in-game currency give you a limited licence to use them within the relevant Service. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable unless a Service expressly allows it.
- Digital content and your right to cancel: under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. By asking for the content to be supplied immediately, you agree that you lose this right once supply begins. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty.
8. Advertising
Some free Services show ads, which help keep them free. We are not responsible for the products or services advertised by third parties. Your choices about personalised ads are explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Crypto and web3 features
Cryptoassets are high risk. Their value can go down as well as up, and you could lose all the money you put in.
- No custody. Unless a Service clearly says otherwise, we do not hold your cryptoassets or your private keys. You alone control your wallet and are responsible for keeping your keys and recovery phrase safe. If you lose them, we cannot recover your assets.
- Transactions are final. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Check addresses and amounts before you confirm. Network ("gas") fees are set by the network, not by us, and are not refundable.
- Not advice. Nothing in the Services, including screeners, data, dashboards, charts, signals or bots, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Do your own research and consider independent advice.
- No offer of investment. Nothing in the Services is an offer or invitation to invest. Any token or digital asset we create will come with its own terms and disclosures, and will be made available only where and to whom the law allows.
- Technology risks. Smart contracts, blockchains, wallets and third-party protocols can contain bugs, be attacked, fork, or stop working. We do not control public networks or third-party protocols and are not responsible for losses they cause.
- Automated tools. If you use a bot or automation tool from us, you decide whether and how to use it and are responsible for the results, including any losses.
- Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your transactions.
10. Third-party services
The Services may link to or rely on third-party services, such as app stores, sign-in providers, wallets, exchanges and blockchains. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Client projects
If we build a website, app, game, bot or other work for you as a business client, that work is governed by our separate written agreement with you, which takes priority over these terms for that work.
12. Changes and availability
We work to keep the Services running and improving, but we may change, update, suspend or discontinue any Service or feature, and they may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. If we discontinue a Service you have paid for, we will give you reasonable notice where possible and, if required by law, a refund for any unused period.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account, or remove access to a Service, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if required by law, or to protect other users or the Services. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as sections 5, 6, 9, 14 and 16) continue after termination.
14. Our responsibility to you
- Your legal rights. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. For advice, contact Citizens Advice.
- What we do not exclude. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
- Free Services are provided "as is". Beyond your legal rights, we do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your particular needs.
- Foreseeable loss. We are responsible only for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses (if you use the Services for business, including loss of profit or opportunity), or for losses from crypto price movements, your own transactions, or third-party services and networks.
- Limit. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim, or £100.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our Services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the relevant Service or by email before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Services and delete your account.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally.
